The Manic Panic MIXER / PASTEL-IZER Cream , formulated based on high quality vegan natural components, without ammonia and free of parabens, gluten and PPD. Contains 118 ml.
Use with Manic Panic colors to achieve lighter custom shades (pastel shades).
Important: This cream does not add color to the hair by itself (it is not a white dye).
