To make a return, the customer must take into account the following:

Thus, the cost of the first shipment (4.95 euros) and the cost of administrative processing and shipping to our warehouses (10 euros) will be deducted from the total to be returned, a total of 14.95 euros. In the event that the customer has been charged the shipping costs the first time, because their order was less than the amount stipulated as free shipping, the costs of the first shipment will not be discounted.
In all cases, the refund of the amount will be made to a bank account number of the person who placed the order or through the bank card with which the payment was made, within a maximum period of 10 days from the receipt of the product in our warehouses.
