Cleaning and hygiene products for manicures and pedicures

Cleaning and hygiene are important at different stages of manicure and pedicure services. Depending on its function, a product may be used for hygiene before starting, to clean the nail during the service or to remove residues generated during certain techniques.

Cleaners are used as auxiliary cleaning products in certain nail systems and, when required, to remove the inhibition or sticky layer after curing.

Sanitising solutions can be used for preliminary nail and hand hygiene, while cleansing foams and nail soaps provide other cleaning options depending on the stage of the service and the protocol being followed.

Cleaning, preparation and removal: what is the difference?

Cleaning and hygiene products should not be confused with nail preparation products such as Nail Prep, Primer or Bond, or with removal products such as nail polish remover, acetone or Soak Off.

Use each product according to its specific function and always follow the manufacturer's instructions and the requirements of the nail system being used.
