Is it suitable for people with PPD allergies?
Kincrem Color Vegan is formulated without PPD (paraphenylenediamine), one of the most common allergens in hair dyes. Even so, if you have a history of reactions to hair dyes, we recommend doing an allergy test on the inside of your elbow 48 hours before application.

What is the difference between .0 tones and .00 tones?
The .0 shades are natural tones that provide a balanced and natural result. The .00 shades are specially formulated to offer enhanced gray coverage, so they are often recommended when there is a high percentage of gray hair or when maximum coverage is desired.
Do I need developer to use Kincrem hair dye?
Yes, Kincrem is an oxidative hair color and must always be mixed with developer. The volume depends on the desired result: 10 vol for color deposit without lightening, 20 vol for standard gray coverage, 30 vol to lighten one level, and 40 vol for two or more levels of lightening.

What is the mixing ratio of Kincrem Color?
The usual ratio is 1:1, that is, one part dye to one part developer. For example, a 100 ml tube is normally mixed with 100 ml of developer.
Can I mix two Kincrem Color shades together?
Yes. Kincrem Color shades can be mixed together to create custom colors and better adapt the result to each hair type. This is a common practice in both professional hair salons and among advanced users.
How long does the color last?
As a permanent hair color, it doesn't need to be washed out. With shampoo for color-treated hair and a color-protecting mask, the intensity is perfectly maintained for 6 to 8 weeks before you need to touch up the roots.
Can I apply it to already dyed hair?
Yes. You can apply Kincrem Color to previously dyed hair to maintain the color or darken it. If you wish to lighten already dyed hair, keep in mind that one dye will not lighten another. How many rollers do I need for long hair?
A 100ml tube is enough for short hair or shoulder-length hair. For long or very thick hair, we recommend having two tubes of the same shade, so you don't run out of product halfway through the process.
