1. PRICES
The prices of the products displayed on the EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL website include any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL reserves the right to unilaterally modify the price of the products and services offered through its website at any time. To guarantee the customer the certainty and security of the price of their products, this price will be the one currently in effect in the advertising at the time the order is placed.
2. PURCHASE METHOD

On special dates such as Christmas, Three Kings Day, or long weekends, 24-hour delivery is not guaranteed due to the high volume of merchandise handled by transport companies.
During holiday periods, shipping may take 24 to 48 hours due to the high volume of pending shipments.
For shipments to remote locations more than 50 km from any of the transport agency's offices, delivery may take between 24 and 36 business hours, depending on special circumstances.
EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL reserves the right to modify delivery times without prior notice in the case of orders for several packages or large packages or in the event of exceptional stock variations.
In all cases, EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL will notify the customer of the expected delivery time for their order via email.
5- PLACE AND FORM OF DELIVERY
The merchandise is covered at all times against transportation, loss, and handling risks and will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contract. Subsequent changes to the delivery location requested by the customer may incur additional costs to the sales price, which will be borne by the buyer.
The merchandise will be delivered to the customer by a transport company, along with a delivery note containing the customer's identification information, the order, the total amount due (only for cash-on-delivery orders), and the number of packages included in the shipment. Large packages (more than one meter on any side) will be delivered to the street level and therefore will not be carried in elevators or on stairs. For shipments made by CORREOS, depending on the size/weight of the package, CORREOS may not deliver it to the shipping address and must be collected at a CORREOS office. If the customer is not at the shipping address, their order will be held in custody at the corresponding branch for one week.
The shipping cost for an order covers a portion of a single shipment to the destination indicated when placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If the courier company attempts to deliver the order and the customer is absent, they will attempt to contact the customer a maximum of two times to complete the delivery. If the customer is absent again, the customer must collect their order by their own means at the address corresponding to the courier company's branch holding the package. If repeated attempts to contact the customer fail, the order will be returned to the original warehouse. The customer will be refunded the order amount less the shipping and return costs (€9.90), whether or not these were previously charged.
If the customer finds any errors in the merchandise received at the time of delivery or that it is visibly damaged, they must record these circumstances on the carrier's delivery note and notify EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL within 48 hours by calling customer service at www.https://cosmeticosdelarosa.com/en/ 981 16 00 55 or by sending an email to contacto@cosmeticosdelarosa.com https://cosmeticosdelarosa.com/en/. In all cases, the customer must verify that the merchandise has been delivered in perfect condition. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
If the merchandise cannot be delivered after two attempts or is not collected at the post office or drop-off point within the specified timeframe, the shipping agency will return the package to its origin.
In these cases, when the delivery is not attributable to EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL , the order will be returned to our warehouse, and the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer. The original shipping costs—whether or not borne by the customer at the time of purchase—and the costs of returning the package to our facilities will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. RETURNS
The customer has the right to cancel the order within seven days of receiving it, after notifying EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL. If this right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer will be responsible for the return costs and any damage to the product or merchandise. The right of return does not apply to personalized products or those that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or other legally established exceptions.
EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL will only accept minimal wear and tear on the product, due exclusively to testing it for the purpose of making a final purchase decision, without altering the product's condition at the time of delivery. In cases of excessive wear and tear, returns will not be accepted.
To make a return, the customer must take the following into account:
- Returns are not accepted on personal or intimate use products due to hygiene reasons, given their nature.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded for the original delivery of the order to the address provided by the customer, regardless of whether the customer paid for shipping (free shipping).
- The returned product must arrive in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranty information, labels, and instructions for use. Shipping costs to our warehouses are the customer's responsibility.
- Returns of products purchased online are not permitted at any of the Cosméticos de la Rosa physical stores. Web returns must follow the protocol established here.
Thus, the total refund will be reduced by the cost of the first shipment (€4.95) and the cost of administrative processing and shipping to our warehouse (€10), for a total of €14.95. If the customer was charged shipping costs the first time because their order was less than the amount stipulated as free shipping, the costs of the first shipment will not be reduced.
In all cases, the refund will be issued to the bank account number of the person who placed the order or to the bank card used for payment, within a maximum of 10 days of receiving the product in our warehouses.
7. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Products supplied by EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL are guaranteed against any manufacturing or assembly defects from the date of receipt.
The products supplied by EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL are primarily for professional use, intended for businesses and professionals. Therefore, the warranty is stipulated by the manufacturer in the warranty document included with each applicable product. The warranty period may vary. It will be 3 years for consumers and between 6 and 24 months for professionals, depending on the manufacturer's warranty, which is stipulated in the warranty document sent with the product.
The warranty on the supplied products applies solely and exclusively to the products themselves, and therefore, shipping costs between EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL warehouses and the address where the product is located, both outbound and return, are NOT INCLUDED. Thus, both during and outside the warranty period, EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SL offers the service of managing the collection of the product from the customer's address, as well as its return for only 15 euros. This service will be paid by the customer via bank transfer once the product has been repaired before it is sent back. Alternatively, delivery and collection of the device at any of our stores is also possible, free of charge. If the fault is due to manufacturing, no shipping costs will be charged.
If a customer sends EXCLUSIVAS TRENDS HAIR SLL an electrical appliance with a problem not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the customer will be required to pay 15 euros for collection, handling, and shipping costs, regardless of the cost of the repair, which must be notified and accepted in advance.
